Clear scope and accountable ownership
Agree the systems in scope, permitted activities, named owners and acceptance criteria before delivery. Change requests should document their impact on cost, schedule and controls.
Least-privilege access
Use customer-approved identities and access paths. Avoid shared production credentials, agree when access is removed and do not treat development access as permission to act in production.
Data boundaries and confidentiality
Document what data is needed and where it may be processed. Customer confidential information belongs in authorized systems, not public website forms, personal tools or unapproved AI services.
Responsible AI evaluation
Keep approved use cases, data permissions, evaluation results and human decision authority explicit. Demonstration quality is not a substitute for production validation.
Operational handover
Agree runbooks, backup responsibilities, incident escalation and recovery expectations. Support windows and service-level commitments are only those documented in a signed engagement.
No unverified certifications
We do not claim ISO, SOC, PCI or vendor certifications that have not been verified and authorized for publication. These principles describe an approach, not a certification or guarantee of regulatory compliance.
